I’m Ali, a yoga and meditation teacher and an acupuncture and Chinese Medicine student. I also worked as a nurse for 10 years.

I’m here to guide you to find more spaciousness in your body and mind. As it is this expansive inner space that gives us the room to breathe, no matter how busy life becomes.

Through yoga, meditation and the weaving in of my ongoing studies, it is my intention to create an opportunity for you to reconnect with this internal space. So you not only have room to breathe but can live a life with more freedom for new possibilities and transformation. 

I offer weekly yoga classes and seasonal 5 element yin yoga immersions, to encourage a recalibration to natures rhythmic ways.
