The seasonal shift from Winter to Spring…

Seasons are not static chunks of time, but phases we enter, move through and transition from.

So now we have passed the darkest night… the light is slowly beginning to stream back in, the birds a little more active, shoots of bulbs making themselves seen. The subtlest of stirrings from the depths, can begin to be sensed. A gentle reawakening… not yet that call to action.

To be ready, it’s not about doing, but being. Being a little more present to what those gentle stirrings have to say. To rest back and to listen. To listen beyond the thinking mind, the kind of listening that’s beyond our ears. It’s that deep down feeling in our bones, to what we are being guided towards. So when the time comes for that full seasonal shift, we are rested and ready with a felt sense of where to decisively direct our valuable energy.
